Position Overview The Project Coordinator partners with technical leads to deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. In this internal client-facing role, you will work with a wide variety of personalities, often under tight deadlines, keeping work organized, visible, and moving forward. Team structure varies by client engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead project meetings, gather task updates from team members, and drive action items to completion Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans and DevOps boards Analyze changes to project plans, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis Apply Scrum practices with the team to prioritize work, manage the customer backlog, and support continuous improvement Break complex information down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field AND 2–4 years of professional project coordination experience in both Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project management Recent, hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and DevOps; candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting projects within a large, global industrial manufacturing organization Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication with consistent follow-up Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills High emotional intelligence Conflict resolution and management Problem-solving and adaptability Ability to influence and motivate others Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Vision Insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Paid Holidays Please follow the link to our website for a list of job openings in Engineering, IT, Project Management, and more! https://www.dsnworldwide.com Salary Expectations : $70,000-75,000 annually
