Overview As our Partner Success Representative, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit: Our Partner Success Representative provides a top-tier customer experience. We are responsible for supporting our customers and retail partners with their existing accounts and credit applications. We provide in-depth training that may last up to 5 weeks before transitioning you to working with more senior peers. We want to ensure your success, so our training is 100% mandatory. We are unable to accommodate any tardiness or time off during our new hire training. Scheduled workdays are typically 8 hours per day, with schedules rotating every four weeks and including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. We hire people, not positions. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change. Responsibilities As our Partner Success Representative, you will: Hold a high bar for support when owning customer interactions. Assist with partner and Mastercard applications (pending or processing). Effectively solve customer inquiries via phone. Perform administrative tasks and other associated duties strictly conforming to FDCPA/SDCPA rules and guidelines and procedures. (It’s okay if you don’t know what this is; we will train you on any regulations.) Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products. Collaborate with members of other teams to root out answers and be a resource to teammates. Meet department goals and standards. Other duties as assigned. These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This position is remote; however, Team Members are required to come onsite to our Akron, Ohio location one-week per quarter. There may also be times, such as for training or IT-related support, when we ask Team Members to come onsite to the Akron, OH location.
