If you are driven to support the development and delivery of large, complex highway projects in a multi-billion-dollar program - VDOT Hampton Roads is seeking a Project Controls Program Manager! The successful applicant will have significant experience and knowledge in the road and bridge industry and will be responsible for creating CPM schedules during design, analyzing contractor CPM schedules during construction, performing constructability and risk analyses, change order development and analyses, claims analyses, and other project controls duties.
