Leave of Absence Manager

The Leave of Absence Manager is responsible for the administration, compliance, vendor oversight, and continuous improvement of the Company’s leave of absence, disability, and workplace accommodation programs. This individual contributor role serves as the primary subject matter expert for federal, state, and local leave requirements and manages third-party leave and disability vendors to support compliant, consistent, and effective service delivery. The role partners with employees, managers, Human Resources, Payroll, Safety, Legal, healthcare providers, and outsourced vendor partners to manage complex leave and accommodation matters across a high-volume, multi-state workforce that includes drivers, warehouse employees, and corporate team members. While the position does not directly supervise employees, it provides leadership through process ownership, vendor management, regulatory expertise, and cross-functional influence.
