PAY RATE: $24.00/hr
SHIFT: The schedule will be 4 days during the normal work week (Tuesday-Friday starting at 11am), plus Saturday (6am start).
Start times are flexible (give of take an hour) and can be discussed with the manager upon starting.

***Must have experience working/OK working in various temperatures (100, 0, and regular temperatures) as they will be working throughout the building.
*** 3-5 years of experience working on Food service equipment/environment.
The role of the Production Technician II is crucial in supporting the operations team. The technician is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment throughout the facility with limited supervision. Additionally, the technician will participate in 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, including material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures. The technician needs to learn industry-leading maintenance practices and methodologies to increase equipment safety, uptime, and performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a maintenance worker, it's important to adhere to the safety policies and procedures set by the company and industry standards such as OSHA, NEC, NFPA, USDA, FDA, and others. You will be responsible for inspecting and performing preventive maintenance tasks on production and process utility equipment to ensure quality, safety, and overall equipment reliability. You will also be required to diagnose and repair equipment deficiencies and failures, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, as well as facility repairs as needed. You'll need to learn and use continuous improvement tools and methods to improve equipment reliability, which may include root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode analysis (FMA), and make recommendations to prevent recurrence. You will work and train with OEM technicians during production equipment rebuilds, line moves, installations, setups, calibrations, and emergency repairs. To perform the required maintenance and service, you'll need to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders. You'll be responsible for effectively managing assigned planned work, unplanned failures, and work orders in a high-paced, fluid work environment. You'll also be responsible for accurately and concisely logging work orders in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to properly track maintenance and equipment performance metrics, including labor, equipment uptime, preventive maintenance compliance, MTTR, MTBF, part usage, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
Required Three (3) plus years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, material handling
equipment, etc.
Preferred Experience using lockout tagout, job hazard…
