Position: Academic Facilitator (Shiksha Sahyogi) Location: Shahabad Dairy, Delhi Reporting To: Project Coordinator Department: Mission Education – PADHAYI Project Position Type: Full-time Fixed Term Experience: 3-5 years Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi; proficiency in English preferred Salary (CTC): Rs. 18,000 to 20,000/- per month About Smile Foundation: Smile Foundation works for the welfare of underprivileged children and their families through intensive programs focused on education, healthcare, skilling and women empowerment and Empowering Grassroots. The role aims to bridge learning gaps, strengthen grade-level competencies, and improve student retention through child-centric and activity-based learning approaches. The Academic Facilitator will work closely with children, parents, schools, and community stakeholders to create an enabling learning environment and support children in achieving their full potential.
