There are positions have three different schedules: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Saturday & Sunday: 16 hours each day About the Role: The Access Navigator plays a critical role in guiding individuals through complex systems to ensure they receive timely and appropriate access to services and resources. This position focuses on understanding client needs, identifying barriers to access, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to facilitate solutions. The Access Navigator acts as a liaison between clients and service providers, advocating for equitable access and helping to streamline processes. Success in this role results in improved client satisfaction, reduced delays, and enhanced overall service delivery. Ultimately, the Access Navigator contributes to creating a more inclusive and accessible environment for all individuals seeking assistance. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in case management, social services, healthcare navigation, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related discipline. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency. Familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance processes, or community resource networks. Certification in patient navigation or related professional training.
