We are employee-driven with an environment that creates opportunities for growth and development.    What We’re Looking For:  The Assignment Team is responsible for all aspects of new accounts including entry into VIPR from integration partners, troubleshooting errors that can occur during the assignment process, assigning all new non-skip accounts to agents including specialty vehicles, and reassigning and/or coordinating additional fees for agent declined accounts.  You Will: Review declined assignments within the skip queue and reassign them to the recovery vendor; or determine if there is a conditional exception. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity to complete the daily assignment.   Maintain quick assignment turnaround in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Assign and manage recovery agents as needed. Work as a liaison between client and recovery vendor within the assigned queue. Identify issues within the queue as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution. Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google applications, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems.  …
