We offer a competitive compensation structure which includes:
Base Salary (CAD) + Uncapped Commission(in USD Dollars) + Ramp-up bonus incentives(in USD Dollars) with overall target earnings of $150,000 annually.

This is a hybrid position based out of Toronto, Canada.
How You’ll Contribute
You’ll be at the front line of our growth—connecting with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations.
Contact top-level decision-making leaders to join our membership communities
Talk with prospects and gain an understanding of their challenges and goals, while pitching a highly valuable, yet intangible solution.
Manage pipeline of sales opportunities with ability to strategize conversion plans including navigating enterprise level procurement processes
Identify new business opportunities from a range of sources
Ability to cold call, conduct outreach, and schedule with prospects
Meet or exceed quarterly quota
Build deep, long-term, empathetic relationships
Keep up to date with member stories & activities, current industry trends, market activities, the competitive landscape
Demonstrate passion and energy, both externally with the customer and internally with our team
Strong collaboration skills in working in across departments
