This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the support and delivery of full end-to-end process of menu/POS requirements for Whitbread account. The Account Executive supports the wider team with the delivery of creative and production projects by acting as a key link between clients, account management teams, creative teams, and production team. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing day-to-day client communications, ensuring accurate briefing and administration, and helping to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role is integral to the prolonged success of end-to-end delivery for Whitbread. Your focus will be providing outstanding customer service and delivering operational excellence. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with the ITG team, as well as with the client, ensuring all processes and best practices are adhered to and maintained. Key Responsibilities: Key role within the Whitbread Client Services account team. Responsible for the day-to-day support to the client service team (Creative and Production). Support with general admin requirements. Uploading and maintain the image dam. Supporting with creative projects with the wider team Manage re-touching Take on and manage regular reporting for example POD reporting, regular monthly reports, stock reporting. Manage and maintain the LSM and Ordering tool items on Media Centre. Requirements You’re passionate about customer service and can easily build relationships as part of a dynamic and fast paced team. You’ll be an extremely organised individual, with a passion for process, efficiency and smarter working. Prioritisation and good attention to detail are vital You need to be a fabulous communicator and be assertive when required You need to be flexible and adaptable, as you’ll actively contribute and support the team with completing tasks, meeting goals and managing projects.
