What is the role
This is a hybrid role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, primarily based in our Newmarket office, with visits to current and future client sites.
Must be a NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency
Must have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
The main responsibility of the Account Executive for New Zealand is to drive business growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence across the region. The role focuses on generating new business, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term partnerships with customers. Success in this position requires strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue growth and customer retention goals.
Primary duties and responsibilities for the role may include but are not limited to the following:
Build and manage relationships with large enterprise clients, identifying needs and recommending tailored technology solutions.
Drive new business through proactive engagement, proposal development, and solution presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, across GVC, AV, and unified communications.
Maintain high service standards for existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, conduct product demos, and deliver client training.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and participate in ongoing training and certification.
Who we are looking for
A self-starter with extensive knowledge of audio-visual, unified communications, and video signal management.
3-5 years’ experience with audio-visual, unified communications, and video signal management.
MS Teams and AV Certifications
Established skill set in solution and relationship sales.
