This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring partners receive the highest level of service, support, and guidance to maximize success with Accel’s gaming offerings. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting locations through video gaming applications and overall live video gaming processes, keeping locations updated on gaming industry information, as well as assisting in other areas as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partner establishments to drive retention, increase market share and revenue growth. Achieve assigned Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) objectives, including participation in the sales process and maximize account performance through strategic account management. Conduct regular visits to partner locations to engage with location owners, provide support, gather feedback, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships. Serve as the primary liaison between partner establishments and Accel, managing day-to-day communications, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction. Analyze account and industry performance data to identify trends, increase gameplay, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance partner performance. Educate partners on gaming products, promotional programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
