JOB SUMMARY
The Account Manager leads assigned lines of business, including areas of Kids & Family, coordinating with the client and internal teams/coworkers, to achieve budgeted revenue, margin and NPS goals and ensure exceptional client trust, confidence and satisfaction.
LOCATION:
This role follows a hybrid schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote each week .
To be considered, candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA office as regular in-person collaboration is an essential part of the role.
Experience Requirements
3+ years proven experience in business, marketing or related field
Experience working with kid consumer products and/or kid-related business a bonus
Proven experience in client relationship management and presentation development/delivery
Project management experience, managing internal stakeholders and clients
Intermediate computer skills with MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong financial acumen with an understanding of calculating financial data such as margins and sales projections to ensure profitable sales results
Duties & Responsibilities
Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients to build trust and confidence, proactively addressing challenges and using information to develop and maximize business opportunities
Uses kids & family expertise to help coordinate creation of engaging, age-appropriate products that drive brand affinity among the clients’ target audience
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of products and services
Manages specific lines of business internally and externally with efficiency and accuracy to ensure client expectations are exceeded
