Accountant HR Payroll

Accounting HR Payroll requires: CPA, MBA Public Accounting experience Experience in SAP FI/CO, Hyperion HFM & Essbase Ability to be assertive, creative, & results-oriented Strong time management, decision-making, & delegation skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or related experience 8+ years of experience in accounting DUTIES: Serves as a leader in executing monthly close and Group reporting Leads team in performing balance sheet reviews and reconciliations Assesses the proper accounting for transactions in accordance with both IFRS & US GAAP Builds strong working relationships with business partners Ensures intercompany transactions are properly identified and reconciled with trading partners Work directly with internal & external auditors to ensure successful & timely completion of audits Ensure a strong internal control environment is maintained
