Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, trends, and profitability drivers.
Provide financial support and recommendations for investments, expansion, and new business initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency.
Oversee and develop the management accounting team while enhancing financial reporting processes and systems.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related finance roles.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
Experience in retail, restaurant, FMCG, or similar fast-paced consumer industries is preferred.
Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
