Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, inventory reconciliation, and compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting the stabilization and optimization of the recently implemented ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Manage inventory accounting and reconcile stock movements in a manufacturing environment.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and related parties.
Support ERP stabilization by ensuring accurate data, resolving accounting discrepancies, improving system workflows, and coordinating with IT and relevant departments.
Supervise and develop junior accounting staff.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
13-15 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience required).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and inventory accounting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience in post-implementation stabilization is preferred.
Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure.
