Accounting Training Manager | Shared Services | Competitive Pay!

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Dayshift; Full Onsite Industry: Shared Services Location: BGC, Taguig Key Responsibilities: Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment, share actionable insights, and support business decision-making. Create and deliver training programs and self-service materials to empower stakeholders and drive adoption of tools and best practices. Oversee accruals and payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Lead cross-functional initiatives and support change management efforts to improve processes and enhance user engagement. Support internal controls and audit activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in shared services and BPO environments. At least 2 years of people management experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP. Excellent communication skills with experience working with international clients or stakeholders.
