Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Radha Krishna Textile Market, Ring Road, Surat Industry: Textile Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 1.5+ Years Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage sales billing, Excel entries, file maintenance, creditor records, and e-way bill-related work in a textile business. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in handling day-to-day documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting routine billing and data management activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain sales bills and billing records Handle daily data entries and maintain records in MS Excel Organise and maintain files, documents, and business records Maintain and update creditor details and outstanding records Generate, manage, and maintain e-way bills Ensure accuracy and consistency in billing and data entry Keep records properly organised for easy reference and tracking Requirements 1.5+ years of relevant experience in data entry, billing, or documentation Practical knowledge of sales billing and invoice entries Working knowledge of MS Excel and data management Experience maintaining creditor records and files Familiarity with e-way bill generation and documentation Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain organised records and complete daily tasks on time Benefits Stable opportunity in an established textile business Hands-on experience in billing, documentation, and record management Professional working environment
