Overview This position is responsible for the overall renovation, planned maintenance of electrical components, including motors, controllers, light control system, and LV distribution on assigned properties and grounds. This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. 5 years’ experience in the electrical field Journeyman license preferred but not required. Electrical Contractor’s license preferred but not required Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming license. Required to maintain a valid Driver’s License. Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States. Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos. Responsibilities SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES: None GUEST SERVICE: Provides excellent internal and external guest services, treating internal and external guests with courtesy and consideration at all times. Cooperates and communicates with all fellow employees, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude. COMMUNICATION: Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications by reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter. Effectively communicates concerns and information to supervisor and listens to communication from supervisor. Effectively relates ideas for improvements to supervisor and management in accordance with chain of command. Observes and reports any and all unsafe behavior displayed by internal and external guests. DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS: Responsible for the renovation, general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the assigned facility on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery as directed by immediate supervisor. Operates Company vehicles as required. Conducts preventive maintenance on all equipment as assigned. Performs emergency maintenance on systems and equipment as required. Conducts carpentry related projects as assigned. Performs framing, dry wall installation, drywall finishing, acoustic ceiling installation, finish carpentry, hang doors and set door hardware, set windows, layout stairs and common rafters and other construction activities as required. Troubleshoots and takes corrective action to ensure structural, and electrical components work correctly, and safely. Read and interpret Construction Plans and Specifications (blueprints) Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
