This role will provide coverage to both Auburn and Covington Medical Center locations. Employee should have EPIC experience and be able to work a minimum of 4 dates per month, to include potential weekend rotation. Should a shift not be able to be worked, alternative dates must be provided (in collaboration with Leadership). PRN staff are expected to work a minimum of 1 holiday per year and maintain all annual education requirements, on shift (if census allows) or on an additionally scheduled date.  FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Variable Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients. Responsibilities You will perform well in stress and emergency situations You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients Requirements  State of Washington Occupational Therapist license Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred About Covington Medical Center   MultiCare Covington Medical Center, a four-story, 58-bed hub, serves southeast King County with inpatient and outpatient surgical care, a birth center, primary and specialty care, urgent care, 24-hour Emergency Department, pharmacy, lab and imaging services.
