Job Description:
Administration (90%):
Manage Building Maintenance and repairs
Identify and request the building needs for maintenance
Keep control office premises and office compound clean.
Manage and control empty trash and garbage containers
Manage office cleaning and supplies stock
Manage registration or renewal of Vehicle documents
Set-up Air Cond maintenance Schedules for the Offices.
Administration and report keeping of vehicle spare parts
Rasing PR for vehicles maintenance
Control Storage room and manage the filing document
Driver (5%)
Driving drop and pick up staff for meeting in Dili
Manage fuel report
Other (5%)
Assist on Humanitarian Emergency Disaster Management.
Perform other related duties as required.
Contribute and participate of weekly Devotion services.
Required Professional Experience
Two (2) Years of similar work experience
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create networks and negotiate outcomes.
Demonstrates effective computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, and various software applications and databases used in work efforts.
Excellence in both oral and written communications in Tetum and Indonesian.
The ability to speak and understand English.
Class A car driver's license and motorbikes driving license.
