Job Description:
The Coweta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office is seeking to hire an Admin Assistant 1 to provide clerical support in our fast-paced Coweta County/Newnan, GA office. Under general supervision, duties will include answering phones; data entry into our proprietary case management system; calendar annotation; and providing general clerical support to our attorneys. Attention to detail, solid clerical skills, and strong interpersonal skills are a must for this public-facing role.

Description of Duties : The Administrative Assistant 1 will perform a wide range of office administrative duties, including preparation of legal documents and correspondence; data entry into proprietary case management system; and supporting clients via phone. This position may serve as a primary contact and information source for the assigned unit or program. Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of job-related experience.
