If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Jenison that are seeking Advanced Quality Engineers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced quality control plans and inspection methodologies. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for complex quality issues. Drive continuous improvement activities using statistical process control and other quality tools. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct product and process audits to verify compliance with internal and external standards. Mentor junior quality engineers and provide technical guidance on quality best practices. Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and predict potential issues. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA). Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification. Bonus Qualifications ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification. Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
