If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Walker that are seeking Advanced Quality Engineers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced quality control plans and inspection methodologies. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventative action initiatives for complex quality issues. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other statistical tools for data analysis and process improvement. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects and improving product reliability. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct supplier quality audits and work with suppliers to improve their quality performance. Mentor and train junior quality engineers on advanced quality techniques and methodologies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their practical application. Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and various problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis). ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) are highly desirable. Proven ability to lead quality improvement projects and mentor less experienced engineers.
