The role ensures scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions aligned with company standards. YOUR RO LE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥 In this role, your main missions will be: • Provide advanced user support and handle complex incidents and escalations. • Design, implement, and optimise IT systems and infrastructure. • Lead technical projects and contribute to architectural decisions. • Automate processes and improve operational efficiency. • Specialise and adapt solutions to meet Betclic’s specific environment and requirements. • Contribute to office operations and organisation, improving workplace IT processes and setup. • Mentor team members and share technical knowledge. • Ensure security, performance, and compliance across systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
