Your tasks Define and maintain target-state Data & AI architectures, reference models, and blueprints for platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and cross-domain data solutions. Lead the definition of data and information lifecycle management (ILM) principles in collaboration with GDPR and Information Security functions. Establish, enforce, and continuously enhance group-wide guidelines, principles, and standards for data architecture, data quality, metadata, lifecycle management, and integration processes. Develop and govern the Data & AI governance framework, methodologies (e.g., DAMA), and supporting tools, ensuring their adoption across the organization. Identify, communicate, and manage data and AI-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory, GDPR, and internal policies. Define and govern data domain models & data product architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models across domains , ensuring semantic consistency and reuse across business domains. Govern the definition, implementation, and operations of data catalogues, metadata management tools, and AI model registries. Act as a key interface between Business, IT, and Data functions, facilitating the translation of business requirements and use cases into domain-driven Data Products, architecture roadmaps and implementation blueprints. Define, govern, and continuously improve the Group-wide Data Product architecture framework, including methodologies, templates, standards, and lifecycle processes for the design, implementation, and operation of reusable, trusted, and business-oriented Data Products. Your skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field Relevant professional skills: >12 years More than 12 years in IT area: 5+ years of direct experience in IT Data & AI Governance, including data & AI domain frameworks, metadata management, data quality standards, and compliance, is essential Demonstrated expertise in data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA), metadata management, data catalogues,…
