Gain hands-on experience repairing and maintaining precision airfoil components for aircraft engines.
Operate and master measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers) and production/manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate with skilled technicians, senior technicians, and gate leaders to ensure compliance with global aviation standards.
Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity in all tasks.
Learn and apply industry methods such as grinding & machining in day-to-day operations.
Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting production teams in MRO processes.
Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in relevant fields.
Basic knowledge of measuring tools & machining methods.
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Enthusiasm to build a long-term career in the aviation industry.
