What you'll do Lead STEAM and SEL activities that get kids building, creating, and working through things together Be the steady one who manages the room with patience and redirects with care Show up for parents, friendly and quick to share how their kid's day went Keep things running: attendance, supplies, a safe and clean space Keep growing: bring ideas, show up to training with an open mind, take feedback well Plus whatever else the day needs.
