Agency Manager - POS

Job Overview We are looking for a driven POS Manager to build and scale our POSP/channel partner network focused on SME insurance (non-motor lines) such as Liability, Property, and other commercial risk covers. This role is critical in driving partner-led SME business growth, managing existing relationships, and expanding the distribution network for business insurance solutions. Key Requirements 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in insurance, fintech, or financial services. Proven experience in recruiting and managing POSPs, agents, and other distribution partners. Strong understanding of SME insurance products such as Liability, Property, and Financial Lines. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive business growth. Experience in achieving premium and revenue targets through partner networks. Good understanding of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field 2-6 years of experience in: Insurance distribution / agency / broking Experience in SME/commercial lines preferred Strong understanding of: Non-motor insurance products (Liability, Property, Financial Lines) Why Join BimaKavach?
