POSITION SUMMARY: This is a temporary assignment designed to support operational requirements during a period of increased business demand. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily manufacturing and/or repair operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely production of quality products. This role manages workforce planning, scheduling, resource allocation, staffing, performance management, and employee relations while fostering a positive and engaged work environment. As a hands-on leader, the Manufacturing Supervisor serves as a coach and mentor, developing high-performing teams through continuous training, skill development, and employee empowerment. The supervisor builds a culture of accountability, collaboration, and shared ownership by encouraging employees to take increasing responsibility for work execution, problem-solving, and process improvement. In addition to day-to-day operational leadership, this position partners cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, improve productivity and quality, and participate in special projects that advance organizational goals.
