Job Description: AI & Technology Leadership: Work with leadership to drive execution of the AI & Data strategy aligned with Accellor's global AI vision and roadmap. Practice Building: Build and scale a high-performing AI, Data and Engineering organization. Generative & Agentic AI: Lead adoption and delivery of GenAI, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning and intelligent automation solutions. Product & Innovation: Drive development of AI products, platforms, accelerators, reusable frameworks and intellectual property. Client Leadership: Engage with CXOs and enterprise clients to identify AI opportunities, shape technology strategies and drive business outcomes. Delivery Excellence: Ensure strategic AI programs are delivered with high quality, speed, scalability and measurable ROI. Business Growth: Partner with Sales and Business Development on AI-led opportunities, pre-sales, solutioning, proposals and account expansion. People Leadership: Attract, develop and retain top AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering and Architecture talent. Thought Leadership: Represent Accellor externally through AI/technology forums, industry events, partnerships and thought leadership initiatives. Requirements: 15–18 years of experience in Technology, AI, Data, Product Engineering or Consulting, including 8+ years leading an AI team in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience as an AI Architect, Technology Lead, Engineering Lead, Data & AI Leader or equivalent in Consulting and Service Industry. Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Cloud platforms. Proven track record of taking AI initiatives from PoC → Production → Scale. Experience building and leading large, high-performing technology organizations. Strong enterprise client-facing and C-suite stakeholder management experience.
