We offer a competitive starting salary of €91,500.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.

Key skills and prior experience A minimum of a third-level degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline Proven experience designing and delivering complex artificial intelligence, machine learning, advanced analytics, or generative AI solutions, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve outstanding results Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders, translating business challenges into practical AI use cases, and providing expert advice based on industry best practices Commercial experience in AI solution architecture, with familiarity in enterprise-grade AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex, or equivalent platforms Strong understanding of AI and machine learning solution patterns, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent assistants, chatbots, recommendation engines, agentic workflows, MLOps, and model deployment Practical knowledge of responsible AI, including model governance, evaluation,…
