AI Data Manager-ETL

Job Title : AI Data Manager Location: Bahrain (with frequent travel to GCC) Experience: 4-6 years Job Summary Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to join the AI & Data team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data management practices, data architecture, and data governance . This role will oversee data quality, integration, and lifecycle management, ensuring clients can leverage their data assets effectively. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and manage robust data management frameworks and practices for clients. - Oversee data quality management , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems. - Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Manage data integration processes , including (Extract Transform, Load) ETL development , to support seamless data flow across systems. - Develop automation scripts for testing and remediating data issues, ensuring continuous monitoring and maintenance of data quality. - Work with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives. - Provide strategic direction and technical expertise in data architecture and modeling. - Drive the development and maintenance of data management tools and technologies. - Conduct data assessments to identify and remediate data issues. Requirements - Experience with tools like Informatica, Cognos, etc. - Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration. - Experience with data quality management . - Understanding of data governance frameworks. - Knowledge of data architecture and modeling. - Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems. - Experience with SAS, Cognos, AI, and machine learning concepts.
