Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks. Proficient in data pre-processing, model tuning, evaluation, and optimization. Experience with cloud platforms (Preferably Azure) and relevant AI/ML services. Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and CI/CD for ML pipelines. Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting is a plus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Keep up with the latest developments in AI/ML and apply them where relevant. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Awareness of AI ethics, fairness, and explain ability tools is desirable.
