Air Export Operator - Japanese Bilingual

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Gardena / Carson / Compton (Dominguez Hills area)
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually (DOE)
Job Description:
Arrange and coordinate air export shipments, primarily small parcel shipments to Japan
Prepare shipping documents and export-related paperwork
Perform data screening and shipment information verification
Track shipments and update shipment status as needed
Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery information
Provide general administrative and operational support related to export shipments
