Work Location:
This is an Part-Time / On-Call role.
Remote work is permitted; candidates must reside within the contiguous United States.
Must be able to travel 50% of the time to support deployments at CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations.
In this position, you will:
Develop, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive air traffic and technical training programs supporting NAS modernization.
Translate complex FAA operational procedures, system requirements, and technical information into clear, engaging training.
Develop or maintain instructor-led training, virtual learning, simulations, exercises, job aids, and performance-based assessments.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on instruction to operational and technical personnel.
Partner with FAA SMEs, engineers, system integrators, instructors, and program teams to ensure training accurately reflects system functionality and operational procedures.
Maintain training materials, curricula, schedules, qualification records, and other required training documentation.
Provide subject matter expertise regarding FAA air traffic operations, procedures, and NAS environments.
Identify training risks, gaps, and readiness concerns and work with program leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate training records and drive continuous program improvements.
