And so much more.​    ​Come break through with us.   Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. Role Summary The Americas Sr. Logistics Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end logistics operations across the Americas region, including warehousing, transportation, trade compliance, inventory strategy, and logistics network performance. This role ensures alignment between regional business needs and Global Logistics capabilities, while driving service, cost, compliance, and risk performance across a complex and high-volume operating environment. The position partners closely with business leaders and the Global Logistics team to develop and execute logistics strategies that support commercial goals, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen standardization across the region. This leader is also responsible for building high-performing teams, managing budgets and projects, and driving continuous improvement through data, best practices, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Lead teams across end-to-end warehousing, transportation, trade compliance, and logistics across the region. Develop and execute logistics and inventory strategies that support business goals. Connect business unit needs with global logistics services and solutions. Work with business leaders to create logistics plans that meet customer and operational needs. Design and improve supply chain and logistics networks for better service, cost, and risk management.
