Job Description
Team Overview:
The Mongolia Client Relationship Management (CRM) team is accountable for managing client relationships with payment ecosystem stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, fintechs, non-banking financial institutions, etc. We coordinate across various business functions in Mongolia, as well as global offices, to support the business growth of our clients.
What an Analyst, Client Relationship Management - Mongolia does at Visa: Reporting to the Country Manager, this Analyst is responsible for supporting some of Visa Mongolia’s key clients through relationship management and business planning with cross functional colleagues within Visa to develop and execute on account plans. The Analyst is also responsible for providing broad-based administrative support to Country Manager of Mongolia to meet organizational business goals and objectives in accordance with company policies, guidelines and procedures, and managing all operational aspects related to our corporate facilities.
Key responsibilities:
Support account planning and business forecasting, ensuring accuracy in deal management, revenue projections, and opportunity pipeline tracking to support strategic growth objectives.
Engage directly with client executives to understand strategic priorities and operational capabilities, translating insights into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Prepare materials for both internal and external business reviews, including KPIs, revenue analysis, risk mitigation plans.
Serve as a key liaison for clients, scheduling client meetings and handling related logistics and hosting visitors, and ensuring timely approvals while assessing the business impact.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and leveraging data-driven insights to strengthen client relationships and business performance.
Oversee office service providers, manage meeting rooms and ensure their proper functioning, and handle office supplies, invoices and payments
Assist in tracking and reconciling expense and purchase order workflow to ensure reports are prepared and submitted on a timely basis
Security access management and act as primary contact point for facilities and building management and closely partner with internal Global Security team and play an active role in Crisis Management team
