Your role
As Analytics Engineering Lead , you will turn Clarios’ global data and analytics strategy into scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
You will lead the technical delivery of analytics products, metrics, integrations, and predictive capabilities. Working with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, infrastructure teams, and global delivery partners, you will ensure solutions meet our architecture, governance, security, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of analytics solutions in line with Clarios standards.
Own the technical roadmap, delivery backlog, resource planning, and effort estimates.
Ensure consistent governance and deployment of global performance metrics.
Oversee analytics integrations, proofs of concept, and technical delivery across platforms.
Ensure solutions meet quality, security, performance, IT controls, and support requirements.
Partner with data scientists to prepare data for predictive modelling.
Advise business stakeholders on opportunities to use predictive analytics.
Communicate progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
At least five years of experience developing Business Intelligence solutions.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, databases, and analytics architectures.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, cloud data platforms such as Azure or Snowflake, and data integration technologies.
Experience troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and resolving technical issues.
At least three years of experience in Agile delivery with onshore and offshore teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
