App Dev-Support Engineer I

Guatemala-based candidates with valid work authorization only. Key Responsibilities QA Environment Administration Administer and maintain multiple QA and non-production environments. Prepare environments for scheduled software releases and QA testing activities. Maintain environment availability, stability, and consistency across all testing environments. Perform routine Windows Server administration and environment maintenance. Configure application settings, IIS configuration, Windows Services, scheduled tasks, and environment-specific configuration files. Coordinate environment readiness with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Configuration Management, and DBA teams. Application Deployment Prepare and deploy bi-weekly, monthly, and Major Releases. Execute software deployments using TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA). Deploy application binaries, configuration files, Windows Services, IIS applications, and supporting components. Perform post-deployment validation and support smoke testing activities. Troubleshoot deployment failures and resolve application configuration issues. SQL Server Administration Administer SQL Server databases supporting QA environments. Create, drop, refresh, back up, and restore databases. Configure and maintain SQL Server replication. Perform database refreshes for QA testing. Troubleshoot SQL Server issues impacting QA testing. QA Support & Troubleshooting Support QA teams during smoke testing, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Investigate and resolve environment, deployment, application configuration, IIS, Windows, SQL Server, and connectivity issues. Technical Skills Required SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft IIS Microsoft SQL Server PowerShell Windows Services Microsoft Office Preferred TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA) Batch scripting Splunk AppDynamics XML / JSON configuration files Qualifications: College-level education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
