This position supports MMS and related operating platforms from implementation through ongoing operations, including system configuration, data migration, testing, user support, training, and continuous improvement. Working across marina teams, Home Office departments, IT, and technology vendors, this role turns business needs into clear system requirements and helps deliver solutions that work in day-to-day operations. The Application Specialist, MMS offers hands-on learning across marina operations, technology, integrations, data, and project delivery, with opportunities to build both business and technical expertise. Through this work, the Application Specialist, MMS helps integrate acquired marinas, improve how teams work, and create a more consistent experience for team members and customers across the portfolio. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. System Implementations o Support migration efforts in transitioning acquired marinas from Legacy MMS systems to the Suntex integrated solution o Work on all aspects of implementations including but not limited to data migration, system configuration, end user training, and initial data entry/loading 2. System Enhancements and Integrations o Work closely with technology vendor(s), IT MMS, IT Data and Analytics, and IT Financial Services teams to expand and improve system functionality and processes o Partner with business users to define functional requirements and test scenarios o Develop, coordinate, and execute system and end user testing for new features, system changes, integrations, and version releases before they are approved for production o Partner with change management to aid in end user training, communications, and adoption 3.
