๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai
๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ: Providing strong customer service and support in a high-quality service environment.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- 4 Years hands-on experience in application support
- ITIL foundation certification desired
- Basic SDLC knowledge
- 2 to 4 years' technical experience in web-based environments
- Strong technical skills: PL/SQL, Unix, shell scripting (Shell, Python)
- Familiarity with enterprise incident management, monitoring tools (CloudProber, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace)
