Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production software and hardware. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and specifications. Develop and implement enhancements to existing manufacturing applications. Perform root cause analysis for application-related production downtime. Configure and maintain manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other plant floor applications. Create and update technical documentation for manufacturing applications. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing engineering roles within manufacturing. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment (e.g., robotics, PLCs, sensors). Proven ability to analyze customer technical requirements and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
