This role: AI/Sharks is SharkNinja’s AI-native early talent program, and the co-op experience is built differently on purpose. This five-and-a-half-month immersive rotation gives co-ops the opportunity to work on real business problems, build production-ready AI solutions, and contribute to initiatives that create measurable impact across the company. From week one, co-ops are embedded directly into live SharkNinja projects with real ownership, real deliverables, and direct partnership with technical and business leaders. There are no simulations, shadow projects, or busy work. Participants are expected to help build and scale solutions that support SharkNinja’s broader AI transformation strategy. Co-ops partner closely with teams across the business to leverage AI and analytics to turn data into actionable insights and drive smarter decision-making.
