As an Applied Engineer at Elastic, you will work directly with our most strategic customers to own, deliver, and implement mission driven outcomes. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding strategy, architecture, design, and engineering. What You Will Be Doing: Security Engineering: Architect, build and implement robust security architectures and data pipelines Automated tooling and infrastructure: Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns and tailored automation frameworks to ensure scalable, secure, and repeatable environment deployments for customer on-boarding Context Engineering & RAG: Bring disparate enterprise data to AI agents Hybrid Retrieval: You will engineer advanced search architectures by implementing and ingesting data for sparse and dense vectors within the Search AI Platform Search AI: You will architect and optimize elasticsearch for massive-scale ingest of IT, OT, geopoint, and other mission data.
