Overview
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Appointment & Services Coordinator. In this role, you will assist clients with coordinating vacation-related services, managing important dates, and keeping planning information accurate and easy to follow.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, organizing schedules, researching options, and managing multiple details. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to gather travel dates, destination preferences, budget information, interests, and special requests.
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other services that match individual planning needs.
Help coordinate requested arrangements and maintain organized appointment details, reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itineraries.
Follow up with clients regarding pending decisions or required information, provide updates, answer routine questions, and assist with standard changes.
Monitor important dates, review details for accuracy, maintain current client records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier resources.
