No two days are the same! You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and learn every stage of the customer journey. You'll: Speak with customers over the phone and by email Help new customers get set up and onboarded Keep customers updated throughout their application process Support the sales team with administration and reporting Maintain customer records using our CRM system Help customers activate and use their accounts Answer customer enquiries and provide excellent service Learn how to build long-term customer relationships Support customer retention activities and identify commercial opportunities Where could this lead? Requirements What are we looking for? You don't need previous office experience, we're more interested in your attitude and potential.
