Location: Company site: Dülmen, Germany Vocational school: Cologne Start date: 15 August 2026 Open positions: 3 apprenticeship positions About the apprenticeship As a Technical Textile Fabricator (m/f/d) , you will work with large machines , technical materials and modern production systems. From day one, you will be part of the team and take on real responsibilities , not just assistant tasks. This apprenticeship is hands-on , technically exciting and physically demanding. You will rotate through different departments, ensuring variety and continuous learning. Your responsibilities Operating and setting up machines Working with large technical production equipment Reading and understanding technical drawings Cutting, assembling and processing materials Quality control of finished products Working in shifts: Early shift: 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Late shift: 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Your profile Strong interest in technology and machines Enjoyment of practical and physical work Basic technical and mathematical understanding Ability to understand technical drawings Reliability and team spirit Willingness to work in shifts German language skills at B2 level Salary & benefits Apprenticeship salary (gross): Year 1: €1,225 Year 2: €1,300 Year 3: €1,400 Additional benefits: Holiday and Christmas bonus 30 days of paid vacation 37-hour work week €5 daily food allowance during vocational school in Cologne Travel costs to vocational school covered by the company Subsidized lunches Occupational health management Large and supportive apprentice team Monthly €100 bonus for selected apprentices Almost 100% chance of permanent employment after successful completion Why choose us?
