REQUIRED : Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph LOCATION: Full-time onsite in Chantilly, VA We’re seeking AI Developers who will transform complex customer workflows into intelligent, scalable AI solutions—leveraging deep expertise in data structures, modeling, and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. You’ll bring strong mathematical and computer science fundamentals, fluency in AI-focused programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and Conda environments, and hands-on experience training and integrating models into production-grade dataflows. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
Ability to understand and automate customer workflows and business processes with AI solutions
Data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
In-depth experience and knowledge of machine learning tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
Extensive math and computer science skills, with a deeр understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms
AI/ML specific programming languages, such as Python, Jav, C++, Conda, etc.
Training AI models, as well as in integrating pre-trained models into dataflows and software architectures.
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
Implementing secure AI solutions in the Intelligence Community
Working with highly sensitive data sets
Leading AI/ML initiatives
Experience and in-depth knowledge of implementing ETL (Enhance/Transform/Load) pipeline
Experience and in-depth knowledge in implementing solutions in Amazon Web Services
Very strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Performing in a collaborative team environment.
