Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Must have previous welding, cutting experience Haul trucks, loaders, and various mine equipment experience Weigh Master License may be required in some states Basic computer skills and understanding of hardware/software Responsibilities Safely perform maintenance activities to insure plant efficiency Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies Prioritizes SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by PRODUCTION Communicates effectively and timely with staff Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times
